Quotivation

Life is like the construction of a brick wall. Each of us have our own sections to work on and there is always room to improve. Yet, we spend time sitting back and stating our opinions on how others should be building their wall. Fights break out, and nothing is accomplished except for an abundance of negative feelings toward one another. But what we don't understand is this... As we continue to work on our sections of the brick wall, other people begin to notice. They may criticize you for building it wrong, or it not looking good. But in the end... You're on top. But most will be inspired by your action. Once we have completed our wall, it is our duty to go back and help others complete theirs; with the understand that the wall is never really finished.

So, I beg of you, stop arguing about the best way to build the wall that is in front of you and just start laying bricks. Don't worry about the things that are out of your control. Worrying is like sitting in a rocking chair; you're always moving, but never going anywhere. So day by day, brick by brick, you will accomplish what it is you set out to accomplish. It takes DISCIPLINE to keep your mouth shut and let others learn on their own. It takes PATIENCE to know that others will come to your aide when the time is right.

So keep building, never quit, focus on the opportunity that you have control over, never destroy others' walls, and know that what you are building is far greater than what you believe is capable.
